Will admit that it is a short book, so I didn't expect much from this pamphlet style mini book. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised at the information that it contained. Clear cut, fluff free info with easy to do exercises made this book a gem! Well done!!
This book was so much better than other books I've read on the topics of anxiety and fear. The author speaks from the heart and the book is actually a decent length. What I found most helpful was the specific exercises to help change your state and your self confidence level. Great book and will be referencing often!
I have read some books written by Zac Dixon and I could that his writings are real life techniques. And techniques imparted in this book are a big help for someone who is experiencing anxiety. Fear is normal but we should be brave enough to face and overcome the things we feared. We can’t live in fear our whole life, we should enjoy our life and fear nothing for we only live once.
After my father was diagnosed with cancer, my grandfather is under severe depression. He still can not be reconciled. We do not know how to act with him. This book really helped me a lot. I panic a lot and I'm very nervous. I really don’t want to be like that and don’t want to argue with everybody for banal things. This book can really help you how to handle with stress, how to overcome the fear. Really effective, encouraging book.
